# Web apps people come back to.

Creator by Nature designs and builds web applications: the product itself, a customer portal, or the internal tool that runs the business behind it. Interfaces are designed for the phone first and the desk second.

## What we build

- Product interfaces and first versions for startups.

- Customer portals and dashboards.

- Internal tools that replace spreadsheets and inboxes.

- AI features inside the product: drafting, routing, summaries, and search.

## Where AI belongs

An agent belongs in a product when the task repeats and the rules are knowable: routing a request, drafting a reply for review, reporting status. It does not belong as a chatbot added to a screen that worked without one.

Product work includes features for [STARZ's first premium streaming app](https://www.richbeeman.com/work).

## Questions

### Can AI agents be built into a web app?

Yes. Common uses are drafting replies for human review, routing requests, summarizing activity, and searching a company's own documents.
