These terms cover Creator by Nature and the digital products sold here including Doc Mastro.

Who we are

Creator by Nature is operated by Rich Beeman. For questions about these terms email hello@richbeeman.com.

Digital products

Doc Mastro and other templates or downloads sold here are digital goods. Delivery is instant after purchase.

All sales final

All sales of digital products are final. Once a product is purchased or delivered there are no refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal license to use the product. You may not resell, redistribute, share or republish the product or its contents.

Your content and rights

You are responsible for the content you create or process with the product, including Suno songs. You are also responsible for having the rights to that content.

Not affiliated

Creator by Nature is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by xAI, Grok, Suno or any other platform named on this site.

As is

The product is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, there are no warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

If something goes wrong our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.

Creator promo program

Approved creators earn 50% of what the buyer actually paid on sales made with their promo code. Payouts are monthly. Creator by Nature can change or end the program or a creator's code at any time. Amounts already earned up to that point are still paid. Fraudulent sales and self-referred sales do not count.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply to purchases made after they are posted. The last updated date below will change when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.
